Design

The McCauley® Blackworks™ team has designed and achieved certification on over 460 propellers – from new solutions for fielded aircraft to clean-sheet designs with major OEM partners. Our propellers have even powered special missions UAVs for over 3M flight hours in some of the world’s harshest operating environments. McCauley® Blackworks™ engineering prowess and dedication to quality are currently showcased on two of Textron Aviation’s next-gen turboprop aircraft, the Cessna SkyCourier® and Beechcraft® Denali®.
